We are a smaller company, which means every customer is important to us – we simply cannot afford to let anyone fall behind.

All products are clearly marked with the manufacturer's part number, and it is always clear whether something is a backorder or in stock. We respond quickly to questions and ship your parts as soon as we can, so you don't have to wait to get your build together.

We also do not work with fake reviews, but try to make everyone happy and are open to all kinds of criticism and positive feedback. We also try to photograph the parts that are used as best as possible and in most cases we write with a description, but otherwise just email or contact us and we will arrange more pictures, measurements or descriptions upon request, we are not impossible!

We don't promise the impossible – but we always do our best to ensure you are truly satisfied.

Custom orders are ordered at the end of the day from a Swedish supplier and sent to us with PostNord. Normal delivery time to our warehouse is 2-3 working days. Then everything is repacked and sent out to the customer.

Once we have received your order and shipped your package, you will receive an email with all shipping information.

Shipping is free over 1500 SEK.

Almost everything is in stock outside Norrtälje except for made-to-order items and is ready to be shipped immediately.

All packages are shipped with PostNord or DHL and are always trackable. If you order before 2:00 PM, we will try to ship your package the same day.

The normal delivery time is 1-3 days from the time the package has been sent with PostNord.

All orders can be returned. From the time the package has been picked up, you have 14 days to return part or all of your order. Read more about returns here

Anything marked "used" can be anything from test-fitted to used for several years.

Any other designation such as "Yamaha " or "Polini" is always new. More about this here

It also says "condition" on each product page, which indicates whether the item is new or used.

When ordering used parts, we strongly recommend that you double-check the pictures and if you are unsure about anything, just contact us and we will get back to you with an answer. You can have measurements, sizes and more pictures sent to you or other information you request.

All payment methods are encrypted and cannot be recreated or viewed by us after the purchase. Card details and the like are not stored! We cannot and will not make withdrawals after the purchase is completed. We can only make refunds
