When will my package be posted?
When you have placed your order, your package will usually be posted the same day or the day after the order is placed with DHL. If it is a weekend or Friday, packages are usually posted by Sunday at the latest. This is because the post office does not work on weekends
Returns
The quick answer is that no returns are accepted as the moped expert is not a registered company. You can read more about this here
How do I place an order?
To place an order, start by clicking "Add to cart". After that, the "shopping cart" opens automatically with the items you have chosen to add. If you want to continue filling it with more parts, do it the same way as the first time, by clicking "Add to basket".
When you're ready to complete your order, open the shopping cart in the top right corner, which looks like a shopping cart, and click "Checkout."
You will then come to the checkout where you need to fill in all your details, such as name, address, zip code, etc. for shipping. To be able to choose a shipping method, you must have filled in your address, and then you can choose between PostNord and DHL. The price of the shipping depends on which parts you want to order and is determined only by the weight.
When these details are filled in, you can choose to pay with Klarna, card or PayPal a little further down the page.
When all the information is filled in, click "Pay now" to complete the order. Once the order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation via email and your parts will be shipped to you as soon as possible!
